Mac microsoft office 365 word template freezing. Mar 19, 2020  mac office word keeps freezing I just purchased microsoft office 2011 for mac (university edition i guess). I installed it no problem, and now whenever I try to open word (not any of the other office compents such as power point they work fine) my word freezes up and I have to force quit.
